For the last 6 months or so, every few weeks I have this soreness between my anus and scrotum. It's not overly painful but its consistent for a few days. The soreness is a little more noticeable when I am sitting. I sit down frequently but not a lot more than any other normal working person. I don't notice anything else irregular with myself. I urinate fine, and my ejaculations are normal. Could this just be a constant muscle pull?
