Q: Sore Urethra

A couple of days ago I had an encounter where a girl was vigorously grinding on me and made the tip of my penis very sore and hurt to the touch. I am not having trouble peeing besides a little burning. I am worried that my urethra is going to close up as my penis heals. Is this possible? If so what are the treatments?
