Q: Sore tummy

i m have tummy problems.some time very itching.some time gastric and some time feel soar tummy.and have pain of left side that some time also effect left back side.doctor suggest me that i have IBS.some time pian is really distrub me ,feel dizziness and much of the time i m afraid to go outside.i m also worried about infection that is hurting my back side too

suggest me what to do
