I injured myself doing military press at the gym about 3 or 4 moths ago. The shoulder subluxated and the next day, I had a persistent, burning pain near and around my shoulder blade area. I had surgery to repair a torn labrum and the doctor said the rotator cuff was fine. I'm wondering if I could have a torn trap or something. I have no idea what it is, but just want thing annoying pain gone. I hope someone had something similar to this so they can help answer my question.
