I have had a sore tongue for about 2 weeks and today its extremely painfull and noticed a light area that almost seems like white lines smaller than a dime. I have also had diarrhea for 2 weeks.

I would suggest you visit a doctor to have this checked out...Sometimes something like this can be serious...
