Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

The symptoms reported can be due to various reasons as infection which can be viral or bacterial in nature,allergy,gastritis,flu etc.
It requires a detailed history and clinical examination to comment regarding it.
Take OTC avialble Tums for the gas and bloated stomach.(if you are not pregnant).
Do warm water gargles for sore throat and steam inhalation for stuffy nose.
Consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.
