I'm a 56 year old male and had an inguinal hernia repair done seven weeks ago. This was in the right lower groin area. On the fourth week my right testicle swelled up and was very sore. Three days later the swelling went completely down, but the testicle remained very sore for two weeks. After that it got better, but its still sore. I cannot see my surgeon until Sept. 20 as he is on vacation. Does anyone have any advice or answers for me.
