Q: Sore spots around nipples

for the past two days i have had spots around my nipples and they are quite sore

What kind of spots? Are they the same color as the nipple? Are they raised? Do they have a head like a pimple? They could be Montgomery glands or areolar skin glands. These are normal and should not popped like pimples.
