I woke up one morning with a sore right jaw. The jaw is also out of place. it is like it all shifted forward. Now I cannot get my molars to touch without severe pain. My jaw has shifted forward so that my front teeth hit.

I do not have insurance so i am trying to figure out if this is something that I can handle before I go to a doctor.

* also I do sleep on my side and that s probably how this happened. I cannot sleep on my back but I am going to try (I may end up trying sleep aids at first). If I cannot is there a particular side I should sleep on.
