It started about three months ago with the end of my penis being quite sore. I had had very well protected sex with a prostitute a few weeks prior and got quite worried. I got my self checked out and all was ok. My penis continued to be sore and a while afterwards my right testicle started to hurt. The pain has got worse and worse and whilst my penis is still a little sore the testicle is the real problem now. I have been to the doctor many times now and I am on my 3rd lot of antibiotics. For some reason he is convinced it is epididitis despite the fact I have had no UTI symptoms. He has not even bothered to examin my prostate as yet. From time to time when I scratch my anus I get a wet feeling in my underwear and now suspect that may have been my prostate.

Any ideas ?
