Q: Sore nipples and headaches

My Stomach feels tigh when i lay back also my nipples are sore an sometimes i feel sick even right when im about to eat i also have headaches an feel light headed, my period doesn't come on till next weekend what could this be a sign of?

I am not sure. I would advise you to go to a doctor.Are you on any medications or Birth Control that could cause side effects?
