Q: Sore nipples and headaches

For the last few days I've had sore nipples, in fact so sore, that now my bra is uncomfortable to wear >.< I'm also feeling bloated and heavy in my lower abdomen. I'm also tired and getting really bad headaches .. I'm just so fed up with these things, I want to feel normal again
