Hello. I really would appreciate anyone taking their time out to share their opinion. Here goes...
I did not have sex for three months, and thus was very 'tight'. I had sex with someone 7 days ago. It was very rough sex. I bled the day after a little bit and was just generally very sore ( similar to after i lost my virginity). I was swollen, yet still had sex 2 days later. The day after, it began to hurt very badly when I urinated. I figured that I had a tear from the 'rough sex'. Yet, it began to sting increasingly more and more throughout the day and night, to the point of excruciating, mind-blowing pain. Also for about 12 hours I had a huge amount of discharge that smelled and looked normal, but just came out in a huge amount! I looked down there with a mirror, and did not see anything but just soreness, however I made an appointment with a gynecologist. It was a service through my school, and they offer notoriously bad medical advice. A RN, not a gynecologist, checked me out and said she did not know what it was, but tested me for herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia. I will receive the results in 3 days. However, my concern arises because upon closer inspection after this doctor visit (where she gave me a numbing gel to use so it will not sting when I urinate) - I noticed one red, almost rip like sore that looks almost healed over about 2 centimeters long inside vagina (visible when I pull my lips out to observe) but still relatively close to the surface. It is an isolated 'sore' (but does not really look like a sore) and everything else seems normal (normal amount of discharge, smell etc.). Upon thorough research, and looking at many pictures of these diseases, i honestly do not think it is any of the diseases I was tested for. When the gel wears off it still stings horribly upon urinating. I know this is very odd but I would appreciate any opinion on this Smile thank you and have a great day!

Hi, It sounds to me like something very common with rough sex - my husband and I do it all the time when we're late for work. More pain increases with tension, and like you said, you haven't had sex in awhile before this event. If you were protected you have nothing to really worry about. Sometimes the burning last up to two days. Try not to think about it.
