Sore, irritated penis and tiny red spots on head after sex.

so recently I've changed sexual partners. We did have sex once without protection but every time after that were always used it. Recently I've noticed that the tip of the foreskin is sore and has a slight discomfort to pull back. As well, after having sex with a condom, there we multiple tiny tiny red dots on the penis head, that seem to decrease is visibility after an hour or so. There is no strange smelling discharge. Urination doesn't hurt as long as the foreskin is pulled back a bit and doesn't get in the way. Could this just be from having sex and the friction with the condom and the friction from the sex itself?
