hi I'm 14 years old and have not had any sexual contact. I've noticed a a white sore[it hurts if any pressure is on it] in my vaginal area. Any idea what it could be? I've only had it for about two days but I'm scared.

It must be the cyst near ovary.

In general the types of ovarian cysts can be divided into the fuctional and the non functional type. It is the non functional types of ovarian cysts that you should be concerned about as these cause the most amount of complication. The types of ovarian cysts are determined on the basis of where on the ovary these are formed, and the type of fluids they contain. Some types of ovarian cysts include the endometriomas type, the extra uterine type, amongst several others. The symptoms that are caused by these include pain attacks in the abdomen, discomfort during intercourse or even generally, vomiting, etc.

It is not an ovarian cyst. The OP stated that it was near her vaginal area. And that it was white. Ovaries are INSIDE the body. To the OP: There are a number of things the white bump could be, an ingrown hair, a pimple, or a benign cyst of the paraurethral or bartholian glands. Best to get checked out by your doc if you are really concerned.
