sore hard nipples & thick white discharge from vagina what i

hi, im 20yrs old and for the past week now i have been suffering from sore nipples. its only the nipple part that feels uncomfertable and when i squeeze them they feel hard and hurt more. i have also been having thick white dicharge from my vagina more so than normal and havent had a period in months. ive tried looking up what it might mean on the internet and it just keeps telling me that its signs of pregnancy, however i did a hpt today and it came out negative. what else could it be?
