Are you having trouble breathing? Do you have a fever? Are you asmatic? It could be an attack. If so go to the ER or call a health line that could get you in touch wth a nurse.
OH have you been lying around and not moving around for awhile? I am no Doctor or Nurse but I have had a P.E. which is blood clots i my lungs and it felt some thing like you said.
If that is the case take a baby aspirin then go to the ER or call 911 for an ambulance tell them what is happening if by chance it is a clot you need to be in a hospital. If it were to move it could kill you or cause brain damage.
Praying for you

Hi Jlee,

How did you go with your chest pain? I was just looking on the net about my chest pain and found your post. I have similar pain, more towards left lung and tender chest wall. I also have sore upper back today and short of breath. I have been told I have asthma by my doctor but I'm not sure if I agree as the treatment she has given me is not yet making a difference.
