Sore breasts with bloating and gas

Hello,

I am on Implanon, i have been having really sore breasts for about 2 weeks. went up a size in breasts. i have been feeling funny, just not my self. i do not have periods due to the birth control. so i dont know if i missed it...i have been having pains like cramps about 2 weeks ago for like 2 days. then they went away, now they are back with bloating and gas.ive had some spotting today and yesterday and during the last week my discharge has been like slimy and not usual. i have been feeling constipated. i took a test tonight at 9pm. it had a little faint line there on the positive side. ive felt really warm lately. i dont know why. i feel a lot more worn out when i walk up my staircase. i called my ob-gyn and they said that its impossible with implanon.

i am normally from WA state but visiting husbands parents, in Colorado, husband thinks ive been feeling all these because of the elevation difference as well as the cold.

please help me!
