It is unlikely, but not impossible, to get pregnant while on implanion. If you popped a positive (no matter how faint the line was) on a pregnancy test, you need to see your doctor, who can confirm a pregnancy with a blood test.
Implanion can cause changes in your cycle, sore breasts, and weight gain, among other things. It is best to seek the advice of a medical professional if you are having questions or problems with your birth control.
My only other advice to you is to maybe find another doctor...one who knows it is UNLIKELY but not IMPOSSIBLE to get pregnant on hormonal birth control.
