Hi,

Welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the soreness of breasts and post coital bleeding(bleeding after sex). Soreness of breasts can be caused by causes like hormonal imbalance, pelvic infections etc. The causes for such post coital bleeding are cervicitis, cervical dysplasia, cervical polyps, fibroids, benign or malignant growths in the reproductive organs and endometriosis. You need to get done a pelvic examination, per speculum examination and ultrasound lower abdomen done. Please do consult a gynecologist for the same as it’s not possible to make a diagnosis online without a physical examination.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
