Q: Sore breasts after period

my breasts i mean there not extreamly sore but they do hurt nad ive just had my period.
a few other things are that i never have heart burn so i really dont know if thats what happening to me but my chest hurts

latly i keep having diarrha
i mean yesturday i woke up ate and 20 mins late had to run to bathroom
