Q: sore armpit

hi i am 15 years old iv been smokeing for about 1 year now and wanted to try and quit. ok lets get on with my sore armpit iv started to get alot of pains around my armpit and its all red the pain never really gose away and it hurts even more when i am typeing this pain started about 1 week ago past 3 days it got abit sorer can any of use think what it cud be ?
