however much i clean my anus after using the toilet I have to repeatedly clean for many hours after leaving my bottom very sore, i find i have to use TCP ointment on a daily basis to try and conteract the soreness.
My bottom also feels sweaty and if i go on long walks this gets worse and makes the inside of my groin sore, i shower daily and change my underwear daily

Washlet toilet
It's best if you can clean your anus with a gentle jet of water rather than toilet paper. You can get a hose attached to the inlet of your toilet cistern (by a plumber) or a "washlet" toilet seat (these are manufactured in Japan). Advanced Japanese toilets have a gust of warm air to dry you after the "wash" cycle.

you can bring a bottle or any temporary container to use it every time you use the toilet until you install a water hose. people whom use water every time they go to the toilet rarely suffer any anal problems. i remember when i first brought my son his doctor told me don't use wet napkin always wash him with worm water when ever he pee or pass stool to avoid any type of infection and after word you should dry with napkin because stool or urine are a good media for bacteria and wet places are good for fungi or other microbs
