Of course you know that this is an infection. Get it checked out by a doctor. I doubt that a home remedy will take care of this. The eyes are 1 of your most sensitive areas and what you may deem as a minor irritation can turn into something major. Bacteria in the eyes can be a nasty thing. Your doctor may be able to provide you with a prescription that is a little more potent than visine to cure the problem. For some this can be something as simple as sinus. Get it checked.
