Q: Sore after sex - thrush ?

hi i just wonderd if you can help me, i am on the cilest pill and all of my periods have been fine, i was supposed to of had a 7 day gap for my period but only me and my boyfriend slept together a day before i was ment to go back on the pill, i shave down there and i am hygienic, after we had sex the next day i was extremely sore and have got a little bit of blood and i have got these like under the skin type sores... i am very concerned,could it be thrush as i get it regually?, or could it be from shaving then going straight into sex? i really dont no but if you could get back to me and tell me what you think it could possibly be it would be pretty much appreciated thankyou tara.

First...I may be wrong but I do believe "thrush" is a yeast infection in your mouth and/or throat area. If it's in your genital aea then it's a vaginal yeast infection.
A yeast infection typically comes with the discharge. If it's just the bumps and right after you shaved then I would say it's most likely just ingrown hairs. I would just watch them and see what happens. I suspect they'll go away in a few days. If not..then see your Doc.
