This is going to sound very odd but it is very true. About a year ago i starting have a feeling like something was moving in my bum, i could actually feel it moving, like a worm in a tunnel. I was totally freaked out and being incredibley embarrassed didn't go to the doctor but bought some over the counter worm remover or whatever it is called. I took it, and it didnt seem to do much. But after i week or two i stopped feeling it and it finally went away. But around a month or two later it came back, and again after about two weeks i stopped feeling it. This has been going on of and on for about a year. Whatever it is must be quite large, as it gives me the feeling of being "full" down there. It totally freaks me out thinking something is down there.. I am already very uncomfortable of going to the doctor, and something like this makes it 10X worse. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I am doubting a tape worm as they are flat, and i don't imagine one giving me that "full" feeling. I know i should be going to the docter and i probly will soon, i was just wondering if anyone has an idea of what it could be?

Rectal examination could give an answer.
This sensation can be due to diverticulosis or presence of hemorrhoids.
