Hey i don't understand why this keep popping up when i am going to submit something about if it is possible to grow your penis.. and when i press the submit button this poops up: This topic is being reviewed and is temporarily unavailable. Am I doing something wrong? or what exactly is the problem, and why doesn't it work to submit the topic?

I am sorry but I am clueless on which forum I am going to submit this one, I am just picking a random one.

Might it be because I wrote too much or? I mean in the other text which I can't submit. Or might it be the tittle name?
