Anybody know some certain food can aggravate your hemorrhoidal symptoms?

one of my friend noticed that soon after he drank a glass of orange juice she got an itch on his anus.he suspected that the acid in the juice goes to his blood and actually irritates his hemroids. His proctologist actually confirmed this! So I just wanted to share that
knowledge with all of you.
If you are suffering from hemorrhoids, better don't drink citrs kind of juice! It only can makes it worse!
Also don't take high doses of vitamin C when you have a flare up.

Vitamin C is an ascorbic acid that will irritate your hemroids as well. Not many people know this and some even recommended high doses of Vitamin C as a treatment for hemorrhoid.actuall you musch stay away from Vitamin C and large amounts of citrus fruits!

Here's what really helped hemorrhoids sufferers:

1) Don't use toilet paper. Use medicated wipes instead.
2) Drink plenty of water and take more high fiber supplements.
3) Take shower right away after each bowel movement, clean deep.
4) Take some supplements with bioflavanoids - the good stuff from citrus fruits without the irritating acids.
5) Don't be shy to see a doctor.
6) Stay away from cirus friuts and kiwi ,they contain high Viatmin C which wont help you to get rid of hemorrhoid.

Actually, haemorroid need a holistic treatment, hemorhoid cream, ointment, suppository can only help you a fast relief from piles,if you like to cure hemorrhoids once and for all,i recommend you a very good site to compaire different kind of treatments.

Soaking in a bathtub with warm water is very soothing and does help heal plus keep them very sterile...It is a way to help make an outside hemorrhoid go back into the anus....Take care...
