hi, i am jilanee, i want to ask u that what i can do for sol on left lobe of liver(as shown my ultrasound report) there i found hypoechoic solid mass (size of 26mm x 25mm). what is its meaning and what u peoples advise me about this disease. i m using atrox 850mg tablets( half tablet at morning once in a day). along with this i have diabetes for the last 10 years for that i m taking emryl 2mg and dianal .; kindly help me in this regard in order to strt my treatment as soon as possible. thanx best regards. g.jilanee

What kind of symptoms you have?

Hypoechoic solid mass seen on ultrasound is usual presentation for single tuberculoma (non-cancerous mass, due to localized tuberculosis infection) in liver.
Liver cancers, can be seen both, as hypo and hyperechoic masses.
CT will help for better distinguishing, and the biopsy of the mass will give the final and correct diagnosis.

actually at this time i don't think so that i have any problem in my liver or any such type of problem from which i suffer. i m feeling welll. only thing which i m facing is that my suger level is high at this time which is upto 250. in normal routine it is upto 150 mostely. diet i m taking is healthy and on time. so what you have suggested me that i have to get my ct and send the soft copy to u. ok.
