You should provide more information next time you post. Do you have any bad habits, no matter what they are you should state them here. What is your dietary intake like? Have you been to see a doctor yet?

For starters the smoking does not help and masturbation if its not kept in moderation it will contribute to weak erections and pre-mature ejaculation. If you can help it I would just have sex with your wife. You could go see a doctor but speaking from personal experiecnce I don't think they will be much of help. About all they will do is put you on Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis. In order to get better erections your going to have to have the right diet nuts, fruits, and leafy green vegetables things like that. You will need to reduce your ejaculation frequency down atleast to no more than twice a week but once every 7-10 days would be more like it. Cut back on smoking and get plenty of excercise. What I have outlined here should help you out for the mean time. If you don't start seeing improvements then I would seriously consider seeing a Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialist for acupunture and raw herbal treatment. You can research Overmasturbation and Sexual Exhaustion to get a better idea of how to over come it.

Extremely eHealthy
Masturbation has absolutely no relation to long term issues with erection of any sort and cannot cause premature ejaculation.

Medicine has a very wide variety of treatments available to assist you but the things they're likely to start with are smoking and diet as these things combined with weight have a huge impact on your ability to perform sexually. Go talk to your doctor about the issues you're experiencing. It's their job to help you with health issues, they're good at it.
