So I go to my dentist and I tell him that I have had sensitivity in a tooth with cold drinks, He then checks the tooth, that he has been keeping an eye on, and he tells me I have a soft spot. My question is: Will this go away before it turns into a cavity? Hopefully it does in the next week or so because I'm getting braces on and it will be a pain if I have to wait to get them on because I need the tooth filled.
