Q: soft lump on side of stomach

it might sound corny-but i got a small lump on my stomach
sometimes when walking it feels if a muscle is sliding
i had a hernia operation done 3 years ago
lately i struggle with severe bloatiness,nausea and sometimes abdominal
cramps after eating.
