I just thought I'd let all of you know how great of a help soda water has been to me to treat indigestion and heartburn in the 3rd trimester. it got to the point where it was almost nonstop and I was completly miserable. It occured to me that soda water might help and I had my roomate pick some up from the store. (even regular water made me feel somewhat sick at that point anyway) I have found that drinking about half a glass of it after eating and carrying a small water bottle full of it around during the day helps so much I can barely believe it! It doesn't taste very good of course becasue it's only carbonated water, but I've gotten used to the taste, and it's not really all that bad.
I hope that this helps all of you as much as it has helped me!
Oh, and it's completly sugar free so you can even drink it before bed and it won't give the baby the jitters!
Sweet relief!

Where were you six months ago?! Lol, I had HORRIBLE heartburn in my last month. I was eating TUMS like they were candy and still didn't help. I'll definitely keep that in mind if/when I get pregnant again! Thanks!
