so scarde from syptoms but all doctors say it's anxiety.

Please Help Panic Disorder feel like im in a nightmare
Hi Please HELP!! I have a history of anxiety and panic disorder but have not had it for 6 years until 2 months ago. I had a baby 6 months ago and have been under alot of stress.
My doctor and 4 others reassure me it is panic disorder but I think every day it is MS or parkensons. Even though I have had 2 neauro tests Normal, Optic nerve checked Normal, Catscan Normal, MRI of brain Normal, Full blood work Normal.
I get vertigo pins and needles more down my right side hands and feet but now seems to be on my left as well. Blurry vision although opthamologist says my vision is perfect. Weird sensation most of the time and the most scary permanent internal tremor. So much that sometimes I see it in my hands. It all seems neurological and with a new baby I have been freaking out I won't be able to bring her up. But I have seen several doctors and they all say it is anxiety.
I have a history of OCD and social anxiety and because I haven't had it for years I thought it was gone forever. I am happy in my life with my husband and new baby but am stressed and can't understand how these all just started one day. Especially as I don't have all the other symptoms I used to have ie heart racing ect..
I feel for you all that are going through this as it feels like a nightmare and cant seem to wake up
I have started CBT which is good. I was on meds for 2 weeks but that put me in hospital.
Now I am seeing a chiro 2 times a week a kinesiologist and a naturapath. But I still find myself going to the doctors all the time.
Does anyone else have the internal tremors all the time?? It so scares me!!
The pins and needles are also always there but the other symptoms come and go. PLEASE if anyone has any advise i would love to hear it. As long as it is not I have some random disease that will put me back into a tail spin.
