Hello and thank you for posting your health query on E health Forum.

From the history provided here, a recurrent episodes of blood in stools or on the toilet paper could be due to hemorrhoids.

You might consult a gastroenterologist for tests including stool examination, a colonoscopy for definitive diagnosis and specific therapy.
