Im wondering what this is.. Almost a year ago i noticed a smooth, slightly red discoloration on my shoulder about the size of a dime but does not itch or flake etc. Also it has a slightly larger area (roughly the size of quarter) since i first discovered it. I havent been to the doctor yet but im getting curious as it has been quite some time with no signs of going away. is this something i should be worried about?

you really need to get anything like that looked at right away.
