Q: Smoking after tonsil removal

i had my tonsils out 12 days ago and was wondering when is it safe to smoke cigarettes again, i'm not in any pain have stopped all the pain killers and only taking panadol in the morning cause my ears hurt there is little white stuff but no-one has really told me what will happen if i smoke, so can you please tell me if it is safe to smoke and if not then when will it be... and yes i no its not safe to smoke but i do so can you please answer my question
