Smoke free day #4

Hi all. I'm now on day #4 of being smoke free!! I'm so excited and feeling really good about it Razz I'm taking Wellbutrin to help me and I can't believe how well it's working.
I smoked my first cigarette at the age of 14 and was immediately hooked. I'm 32 now. It surprised me how easily I could quit when I became pregnant with each of my daughters and how quickly the urge went away. I was so angry with myself each time I would start back up after each child. I want to be healthy not only for me, but for my kids.
Last nite my 6 year old climbed up on my lap and i could feel her smelling my hair. She said "Mommy you smell so good!" It's the little things like that that keep me going.

Hey, that's great Nikky. I encourage you to NEVER smoke again. Drink lots of water, and get lots of outdoor exercise. That will help clear your system of nicotine and keep the cravings to a minimum. Do it for those precious little ones of yours.
