iam 27yrs old this is my first pregnancy, i did an u/s 2 weeks ago and there was just gestational sac measured about 4 weeks, 4 days i experienced brown spotting no cramps, i ran to my doctor and after scan she said this is a missed abortion... iam so sad and dont know what to do..is there any possiblity of misdiagnosing ? since yesterday i have smelly interupted yellowish to brown disharge thats all...

To know if there was a misdiagnosis or not, you can undertake blood HCG estimation at 4-5 days intervals. HCG test will be reliable if you have regular periods. Rising levels will indicate that pregnancy will go forward. Declining levels will indicate miscarriage. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
