Q: smelling and tasting ammonia

i am 19 and pregnant i am in my 6th month. and i have a cold or something but for the last few weeks i have been smelling ammonia, from my urine and it seems like it is in my nose and lately it seems like i can taste it too. i dont know it something is wrong or what? can someone help me so i know that this baby is ok.. thank you
