Can anybody tell me is there any way you can tell if your partner is having sex with another person if he does not show any signs,I guess my question is can the smell of your sex change if he is sleeping with someone else

I do not think he would smell any different unless if you somehow happened to smell his privates right after having intercourse with her, before he washes himself. If you are worried about cheating, the two of you should sit down together and have a serious talk.
