I had my tonsils removed and sinus reconstruction a year ago but the last month or so I have had a smell of exhaust whenever I inhale through my nose also, I have had a slight headache just as long. Could this be an infection or something worse?

Thanks for using this forum...

Smell disturbances can occur after sinus reconstructions at times but you should meet the ENT physician to look for crustings as these can at times obstruct drainage leading to headache..
