Q: smell from vagina after exercise

I have this really bad odor that only happens when I sweat. I take two showers a day and if I don't sweat I don't smell. But when I sweat I can't even stand the smell. Any body give some advise to why this is happening. It only started a few years ago as I am getting older 49. Thanks.

Bacteria thrive in the moist, dark environment and can cause odor. You may want to try using the no rinse hand cleansers. Use it only in the fold of the skin near the labia. Do not use in the vagina or labia minora (inner labia). You can put a small amount of antiperspirant on your finger and apply it to the fold of the skin near the labia majora
(outer labia) and the skin fold of the thigh. This will eliminate the sweating and prevent the odor.

I am 47. I have the same problem. It only started happening a few years ago. The smell is bad after sports. I am wondering if it is sweat or if it is urine and I need to start doing some Kegel exercises!
