Q: smaller left testicle

hello i am gamer75 and i have just recently noticed that my left testi is much smaller than my right and has a small Lump on the top of it. And it causes some slight pain sometimes. can anyone tell me what it is?

gamer75, I'm not too sure about the lump and would advise that you go see your doctor on that, but if you want to see more discussion on you one testicle being larger than the other, I would suggest you read the "uneven testicles" discussion.

Other than that I would have to say that uneven balls are normal and I have not seen a guy yet whose testicles were even - and as a Massage Therapist I see nude guys at least 4 - 5 times daily.
