Q: small yellow bumps on penis and scrotum

i have never had sex/oralsex in my life. but recently i have noticed small yellow bumbs on my penis they come from what looks like my scrotum? under my penis around to the top of my penis. i have not experirenced any pain and when i touch or push oh the bumbs they dont give out any puss or anything. help me i dont know what is wrong. im worried it may be a serious thing. im 14 and i need help in what is going on!

im 13 and i have the same thing but i was reading around and they said it was natural in puberty.
