i have multiple small white bumps on my
ball sac and i do not know what they are.
i read that they maybe hair folicles...but
the weird thing is that i dont remember
having them at all until recently. they
are just on the sac and no where else.
there are no cysts or puss. they are just
very small and are hard. i picked at one
and it feels hard. is there a way to get
rid of them? should i be worried about
this?

They're probably little cysts. I've had
several of them on my scrotum for years.
Most of them are very small, but one is
the size of a pea. My doc told me not to
worry about them, but I'm glad I had
already found a woman when this developed,
because I'd hate to be on the hunt with my
scrotum looking like this.
Hair follicle problems look more like
blackheads, with the exact color depending
on the color of your pubic hair. I have a
problem follicle from a misadventure in
shaving many years ago, and it's quite a
bother to deal with. If I'm not careful,
I get an ingrown hair there, and I have
pulled out tight coils that turned out to
be up to a foot long. Ouch. No wonder
that was hurting so much.
If the little white bumps on your balls
don't hurt, I wouldn't worry about it, but
of course I'm not a doctor, etc.
