Q: Small white bump in vaginal opening

For the last 2 days I thought I had a scratch in my vaginal opening. I spotted a small white bump where I thought the scratch was today. It stings when touched and when I pee. And my vagina is giving off an unpleasant odor, not very strong though. And there is a white discharge. It isn't thinker than my discharge normally is and it's not clumpy, just whiter. Any ideas?
