my colleague have a tumor in her left breast. sometimes she worried about that.

lump on breastbone

hi, can someone give me an opinion on this, i recently developed a hard lump on my breastbone, it hurts to lie on and is sore to touch my doctor did an xray to check if there was a fracture, which there wasnt, im very worried this might be cancer??? what should i do next? my breast is also sore and i have recently discovered a cyst which seemed to go away after antibiodics
