what would cause your testicles to get smaller? mine have over the past few years. and my penis has also. I was bigger when i was 20 than i am now. I am 43. my testicles arent much bigger than pecans now. and i have hardly any semen when i ejaculate.i mean just a drop. what could be wrong? PLEASE HELP!
