Q: Small testicles and high bilirubin ?

I'm new to this entire forum, and it seems no one got my last memo. I have this problem where my entire "package" is small for my age; I'm 18, and in other words, I look like a child. Aside from the obvious confidence issues caused by this, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why? I'll provide further information below for those who would be willing to shed some light on this.

First of all, when I was 7 I was hit in the pubic area 3 times consecutively with a metal tennis racket which caused tremendous bruising. However, according to my mom, the hospital said there was no trauma. Secondly, I recently went to the doctors out of concerin, and he assured me everything was "normal" - we found out my testosterone levels were fine but my bilirubin was up (another question: could this influence testicular size?). Furthermore, if it's of any use, there is a tangle of cords behind my left testicle that are noticeable when I perform lump checks, whereas my right testicle doesn't have this at all. There's also a vein running down my sack, and I've heard this could be a sympton of something.

I'm really hoping you guys could provide with me some kind of answer, because I don't have money for a doctor anymore due to the sinking economy.

small testicles
I dont think it is because of the bilirubin, it is a gall bladder function, but perhaps there is a link. If you are willing there are many herbals such as maca, ashwaganda, trinulus, saw palmetto which have been used for testicular atrophy and androgen levels. Look into a good herbalist. Also you could look into the various massage and exercise techniqeus for testicles and penis which strengthen reproductive organs as well as circulation. GOogle search. Search and search and yee will find

Maybe
the elevated bilirubin is most likely gilbert's syndrome if it remains elevated without any of the other liver markers being out of whack and gilberts is for the most part asymptomatic and would'nt cause hypogonadism.
The cords are probably a hernia and not smthin you have to worry about unless it hurts or you feel a lump or smthin, so before u go to a doctor make sure u really have much smaller testis than other guys, either discretely in the lockerroom or ask around..
