Hi I have recently found several lumps around my anus area, the first came about 2 weeks ago and was very painful, I think it's a pile as I have had one before, the lump is still there but it is not painful anymore, but the other day I noticed on the other side serveral red lumps appeared there are about 5 in a small group and they are soar when touched. I have not been to the doctors yet i was hoping they might have gone by now but they have not.

Any ideas??
